first login hangs when you try to do anything

hey just tried to start one of these and I can see my drives in the browser but whenever I try to do anything(add a password change user name add a volume) it hangs with the loading icon just spinning. I am brand new to servers but it can see the disks just cant do anything else. if this helps it only show a spike every 5 mins in system traffic and nothing in between. my system is Biostar Tpower i45 intel core 2 duo @3.00 ghz 4 Gbs ddr2 800 FN ver 8.3.1 ( ive tried install on 3 flash drives and a hd). not sure what im oing wrong here any help would be great

K fixed after a short GOT break. this is as newb a mistake as it get so try not to laugh. Do not type in http://***your ip**/ just ip I hope this helps someone else
