My one year old decided it would be a good idea to hard reboot the FreeNAS system 5-6 times. The result: https://app.box.com/s/pz09tucqndzamy0vrvmi (screenshot)

Have Googled it and found a few posts that I hoped would help:
http://forums.freenas.org/threads/freenas-stops-working-and-forces-me-to-do-fsck.7834/
https://forums.freebsd.org/viewtopic.php?&t=7183

However, when the system presents the "Enter full pathname..." as seen in the screenshot I cannot type anything.

I have tested to be sure my USB keyboard is recognized by the BIOS and I can press SPACE during boot to pause the timer of FreeNAS at the bootscreen.

Any thoughts?

Looks like your USB stick got corrupted. Try a fresh installation, then restore your old configuration via GUI and everything should be back to normal.

Thanks

"then restore your old configuration via GUI and everything should be back to normal."

Any insight on how to do that?
