Hello,

So, i'm looking for a Fiber patch cable, a couple of months ago, @danb35 suggested me uniboot cable. But I'm not sure which connector type and cable jacket i need to buy. Any insights would be very helpful.

Also, i heard about some polarity. Although, i know what does it mean, I'm not sure what it has to do with the Fiber here. Any info on this would be great.

Thanks

Oh, I have no clue then. Also, are you sure it was me who suggested you something this specific regarding fiber?

Neither the clip nor the jacket material will have any effect on your network. Beyond that, this really is a question for the vendor. My guess would be that "flat clip" would be usable in a more space-constrained environment than "standard clip." I'm pretty sure PVC would be the "standard" material if you don't need any special properties (like flame retardance for plenums and such). But really a question for the vendor in both cases.

Yes, that's for sure.

I think the same due to its design. I'll check once more to make sure :)

I think the standard PVC will do the job. xD

Thanks for all the help!
