[Feature Request] Please add option for multiple S3 Datasets

It would be very nice to configure multiple S3 Datasets. Currently it is only possible to configure the S3 Service to use one Dataset. But it would be nice to maybe have a dedicated List of Shares in the "Shares" Tab. So you can configure multiple S3 Datasets with multiple S3 Access Keys. Maybe you want to have one S3 share on one storage Pool and one other on a other storage pool? Currently there is no way to achieve that. Would be nice if there would be an option to configure multiple S3 Shares so you do not have to put everything on one storage pool.

Although as far as I can tell you can have multiple S3's in Scale

@NugentS, OP was referring to multiple S3 services in Core. This can be accomplished, but any MinIO instances after the first would have to be implemented using either plugins or VMs.
