Fatal trap 12 on first boot after installing TrueNAS 12.0-U4 on QNAP TS-251A

Hi,

I've installed TrueNAS 12.0-U4 to USB Stick on QNAP TS-251A and get the following error after reboot:

Could this be because of RAM? QNAP TS-251A has only 4Gb. If so, will adding more RAM solve the issue?

According to the TrueNAS Hardware Guide, you need a minimum of 8 GB of RAM.

Yes, I know it needs 8Gb, but does this error mean insufficient RAM or something else?

I've added more RAM so I have 8Gb in total. Still I get:

I tried booting into debug kernel and it loaded fine. Then I was able to boot to default kernel after reboot.
