Fans max and computer wont boot.

So I am using a temp motherboard atm a HP 8100 elite CMT

So when I attach my HP Prec H310 to the x16 pci-e and try to boot after a min the CPU speed maxes.

I cant even get into the bios.

I know the HBA works as I have tried it on a different computer.

This sounds like a system board that has compatibility problems.

This fixed it.

Who would of thought 2 pins would cause such a big problem.
