Extreme long queue for iSCSI target

Hi all,
Would it make any sense to make the queue for iSCSI target to a long number such as 2048 or even 20480?

I would like to check if the long queue will prevent high spike latency.

Read up on bufferbloat for a similar issue from the world of networking.
