Exfat File System

I have scoured the web and cannot seem to find a solution. Does anybody know how to mount a exfat files system in freeness?

You would mount it on the client and copy data to your zpool

no I would like to mount it on the freeness box so as to copy large amounts of data off the freenas onto a external.

And since freenas doesn't support that, you would need to do it from a client...

Fuse is available for freebsd, so that could be an option, I want to get away from copy over ethernet

Pretty sure this is basically impossible to do on FreeNAS. If you have a full-fledged FreeBSD system, it's at least possible.

Yes, I know I'm late to the party. But this kind of question is asked regularly so I figure I should post something.
