ethtool, examine negotiated speed?

Is there a way to examine the negotiated speed of an ethernet port without testing with something like iperf?

Is this the capability or what it's actually negotiated at?

I have not tested it, but my understanding is that's what is negotiated.
The media capabilities are shown with ifconfigs "-m" switch.
