Errors with adding storage in Transmission jail

I tried to add a storage for Transmission and received what seems to be two separate errors: "The path '/mnt/vol1' requires execute permission bit" and "Select a valid choice. transmission_1 is not one of the available choices". I have received the first error when making another storage with different directories and it seemed to be working fine, although I do not wish to keep it, while the system won't even let me make the storage with the second error. I understand that the first error probably wants me to set a more permissive execution for that directory in Transmission's jail but I could be wrong. Attached is a screencap of the two errors.

Carefully read the descriptions for Source and Desination at http://doc.freenas.org/index.php/Adding_Jails#Adding_Storage. The Source cannot be or be in the jail whereas the Destination must be.
