Error when import a zfs pool

A few days ago, the power supply of my truenas server was failed. After I changed a new power supply, something wrong with one of my raid z1 pool. I can find all of the disks in disks menu but the pool shows offline. I tried to disconnect the pool and reimport it and here comes an error. How can I reimport the pool?

have a look at the output from zpool import first. It may help to take the bad disk(s) out of the system.

In the shell, type zpool import
