Error when creating Jail

I was following the tutorial to creating a Plex Jail written by Cosmo Kramer. I got to the part where it says "Add Jail". I followed the instructions, click OK. Then I get the error below.

I created the ZFS data set already (see attached). It's called Jail.

Where did I go wrong?

Can you try to ping download.freenas.org from that machine? It looks like a fresh install but have you changed any of the settings?

Did you set your jail root by selecting your jail template from the jails -> configuration tab?
