Error on Verifying Install

Getting the following (attached #1) error while verifying the install since i have been getting error when i try to update (attached #2).

Any idea how i could fix these? I am just trying to figure out why my windows login stopped working for shared folders. I didnt change anything to accounts and it suddenly stopped working so i started looking around and thought id try update and see if anything fixes.

What is the current build version (from System -> Information)?

That bug was fixed in a later update, but you'll probably have to save your config, install the latest version to the same (or a new) USB stick, and restore your config.

Could you maybe point me to a direction where this might be videoed or steps? So i could follow. Im a newbie in this area.
