Error creating new pool

Hi there.
After updateing TrueNas from 12v to 13v i have faced this kind error. And cant create new pool.
In v12 everything was fine.
Can someone help what to do?

Did you use a unique name for the pool?

It's not displayed...

The pool name I used is "Tank".
My problem is solved by updating Python version to 3.12.

Woah, that is definitely not what you should be doing under any circumstances! What on Earth are you doing, that has nothing to do with your error message, is likely to break parts of the system and is just generally a terrible thing to be doing willy-nilly.

I am very confused.

You allude to a problem with pool creation, without much information other than a screenshot.

Then you install outside software on a NAS appliance, which has nothing to do with the underlying issue of pool creation.. (As @Ericloewe pointed out.)
