Error: Couldn't register serial port

Hello,

I am trying to install truenas scale however I keep running into an error at the very beginning of install.

The error is:
Couldn't register serial port f0c0, irq 17, type 0, error -28

Please help!!

Turn SW0-3 to off

Is that a command I need to enter?
