Error: compression algorithm 101 not supported

Powered on TrueNAS Scale 22.02.2 today and got this message. Running TrueNAS as a VM in ESXi. Is there anyway to fix this. I avoided 22.02.2.1 due to bug reports but willing to update if it will fix the problem.
