End of support for FreeNAS-9.10.2-U1

Hi Everyone,

Sorry if this is a repeated post but does anyone know if there is an exact end of life date for the above-mentioned FreeNAS version? We should upgrade it to a newer version but we would like to know the support date.

What "support" are you referring to? Software updates? FreeNAS 9.10 is based on FreeBSD 10.x I believe, which isn't even supported by the FreeBSD community, so there are no security updates, etc.

I'd call it well past end-of-life already.

There have been 4 major releases since 9.10 along with several point releases in between. If you are going go upgrade make sure you follow best practice and upgrade to each release incrementally so the database will rebuild successfully. 9.10 - 11.0 - 11.1 - 11.2 - 11.3
