Enable S.M.A.R.T. for Seagate USB

[Rim13]

I have Seagate Expansion portable drive 2TB (1TEAP6-500)(ST2000LM007-1R8174)

In TrueNAS-SCALE-22.02.1 I got error when system try test SMART at this drive.
I found this article. I add grub option and now for this disk SMART work.

Can I have another way to enable S.M.A.R.T. for Seagate USB?

My steps to resolve this problem:

1. Go to System settings / shell
2. Using dmesg | grep -E "(scsi|usb 3-)" I got that disk using uas and idVendor=0bc2, idProduct=231a
3. In grub file config nano /etc/default/grub.d/truenas.cfg add option usb_storage.quirks=0bc2:231a: to GRUB_CMDLINE_LINUX= . Save file.
4. Run command update-grub
5. Restart system
6. Then in Storage / Disks / Disks - Manual test SHORT work without error.
