Emby setup (tv recording)

Hey everyone. I currently have a HD HomeRun Prime device and am wondering if anyone is using Emby backend on FreeNAS with this device? I primarily want the capability to record tv and watch live tv. Is Emby capable of doing this? I'm ok with paying the $25 annual fee from schedules direct. I'm assuming the Android TV application is able to do Live TV, with guide from what I've read.

HRP was recently officially supported by Emby for their PVR. You should head over to the Emby forum for more info. I know TV tuners are not supported in FreeNAS so I don't know if that translates to the jails or virtual machine.
