Emby plugin live TV with Ceton 6 Eth

Has anyone had any luck getting live TV to work with a Ceton 6 Eth network tuner?

Emby support forums only say NextPVR is supposed to work with any tuner, but provides no doc or help at all.

NextPVR plugin needs a base URL and port but I have tried Ceton's IP but no clue on port and tried a tuners's RPC IP and port but no luck.

No progress. NextPVR doesn't support Ceton and Emby's live TV needs SiliconDust HDHomerun Prime basically

I'm uninstalling Emby plugin and their app and will continue to use WMC until there's a decent alternative that will work under Windows 10.
