em driver init error after upgrade 13.1-RELEASE-p9

Hello.
I recently upgraded to 13.1-RELEASE-p9
After the upgrade I started getting an error when initialising the network adapters
em0: link state changed to UP debugnet_any_ifnet_update: Bad dn_init result from em0 (ifp 0xfffff80004731800), ignoring. em1: link state changed to UP debugnet_any_ifnet_update: Bad dn_init result from em1 (ifp 0xfffff80004732800), ignoring. em2: link state changed to UP debugnet_any_ifnet_update: Bad dn_init result from em2 (ifp 0xfffff8000485f800), ignoring. em3: link state changed to UP debugnet_any_ifnet_update: Bad dn_init result from em3 (ifp 0xfffff80004733800), ignoring. em4: link state changed to UP debugnet_any_ifnet_update: Bad dn_init result from em4 (ifp 0xfffff80004860800), ignoring.
The em0 is the inbuilt network adapter and the rest are dual port network cards.
This error did not happen before.

Just for clarity, was this an upgrade of TrueNAS CORE to version 13.0-U6.1 (which uses the 13.1-RELEASE-p9 under the hood) or did you manually update an older versions using pkg?

I put in a new SSD drive and installed TrueNAS CORE 13.0-U6.1 on it
