[EEXIST] error when upgrading app

Hello everybody,

I have a couple apps that fail to want to upgrade and I hope you can help me with the error.
For example I'm trying to upgrade TrueCharts sonarr 3.0.10.156_16.04 to 3.0.10.156_16.06, but I get the following error:

[EEXIST] Failed to snapshot TrueNAS/ix-applications/releases/sonarr/volumes@9: cannot create snapshot 'TrueNAS/ix-applications/releases/sonarr/volumes/pvc-3748b849-6ea2-446d-b9b0-de5eec631aaa@9': dataset already exists

I have similar errors with qbittorrent and tautuli.

Does anyone know what causes this, and how I can fix it?
