Easy to use Amazon S3 encrypted backup (like Duplicati).

I'm big fan of a very good piece of software called Duplicati http://www.duplicati.com/

It works with Amazon S3, SkyDrive, Google Drive, Rackspace, WebDAV, SSH, FTP... It's open source software (LGPL) and has a very good implementation of AES encryption "Trust-No-One" style: all the encryption is done locally, before the data is upload to the server. It supports incremental backups.

Well, that could probably be implemented if Duplicati had support for FreeBSD. Visiting the website shows that they only have support for Windows, Linux, and MacOS. I'd talk to them to and see if they can add FreeBSD support. Without FreeBSD support there is virtually no chance that this will ever be supported in FreeNAS.
