E5-1650v4 or E5-2680v4 for Virtual FreeNAS + Firewall + BlueIris Build?

E5-1650v4 [6-cores @ 3.6 GHz (4.0 GHz Turbo)]
E5-2680v4 [14-cores @ 2.4 GHz (3.3 GHz Turbo)]

Thoughts on which CPU would work better for a virtualized combo FreeNAS/Firewall/BlueIris build (direct-to-disk only)? Both CPU's can be found for about $75 used.

Depends on your use case. If you plan to offer SMB and or iSCSI and want to get most out of it go the higher single threat clock way, e.g. the E5-1650v4. For more users and or NFS I would recommend the more cores of the E5-2680v4.
