Dynamic DNS

Hello Guys hope you are doing well
I'm new to TrueNas so please bare with me
I installed TrueNas on my server and im using it for sharing purpose and to put all of my data on the server
I was trying to make the server accessible online so the employees that are not in the office can access the server too and not only on the same network
So I was trying to make a Dynamic DNS, (watched a youtube video) I did get a domain name using dnsexit.com and I did enter all the necessary info to link truenas with it
The thing is that in the video, he is saying that i need to enter the router and make forwarding port, I did enter the router and I have found something called Internal port and external port
I did try many ports and the website is still not accessible(even on the same network) so can someone help me with that and maybe guide me to what should I do?

#2. please, by all that is good and holy, please tell me you aren't trying to expose your NAS to the whole world. because that is what it sounds like, and that is a spectacularly bad idea.
