Two FreeNAS servers running FreeNAS-11.0-U4 (54848d13b)
This may seem like an easy question but I have a primary and a backup FreeNAS server and I have about 40 users and a handful of groups and I want the backup FreeNAS server to be able to operate like the primary in the event the primary fails. I already have all of my replication and shares taken care of but I was wondering how I could easily replicate my users and groups. I assume that I can just copy my /etc/passwd and /etc/group files over, but I do not want to make the wrong assumption and blow up my backup system.
Thanks
