I have a basic machine running CORE with a single NIC. I have a number of jails and vm's running all with an IP on the same subnet (192.168.0.0/24) as the CORE host.

One of my jails is a AdGuard jail which does its job very well. I want to create a new wifi network (192.168.1.0/24) that is separate to the main network (192.168.0.0/24). I would like to be able to use the existing AdGuard instance as DNS for the new wifi network.

I added an IP from the 192.168.1.0 network to the CORE NIC (so now it has 2 IP's) and it responds to pings. But I cant seem to get Adguard to accept 2 IP's. When yo create a jail you can only set one IP. Any ideas how I can add a second IP to the Adguard jail? Or do I need to install another NIC into the CORE host?

You might want to read about VLANs, essentially virtual network interfaces and switches. Your switch will need to support that, though.
