dual cpu motherboard to fit fractal case

Hi can anybody recommend a dual cpu, lga2011 ddr3 motherboard that will fit "without drilling" into a fractal define XL R2.
This case supports E-ATX but form factor what I'm reading but seems e-atx can mean a lot of things.
I was looking into supermicro boards and discovered the EE-ATX formate which wont work for this case without modification.

Main System Specs:
Current Train: TrueNAS-SCALE - Machine will always be running on the latest stable version.
System - Supermicro - X9SRL-F - CPU E5-2690 0 @ 2.90GHz - Memory 128GB DDR3
Storage - 'Main pool - 8x3TB WD RED' - 'VM pool 4x512gb adata ssd' - 'boot - 2x240gb adata ssd'
10Gig Interface - Chelsio T520 CR T520-CR
HBA Internal - LSI SAS 9210-8i
Log "Main Pool" - INTEL - Optane™ 900P Series SSD - 480 GB
Cache "Main Pool" - Intel SSD DC P3605 NVMe 1.6TB MLC PCIe P3600 Series
System usage:
This server is primarily used as a storage server within a small VFX studio, 2- 10 artists at any given time,
The server serves a mixture of file types but mainly image sequences, video, imagery, photoshop files, some text-based ASCII, JSON python files plus installation media for software as os's. "There is no plex or de/encoding done on the storage server - just reading writing files".
Clients accessing the server are a mixture of Windows 10, OSX Latest, Rocky Linux 8 & 9 - Most clients use 10gbe Nics but have laptops over wifi and 1gbe too
Backup - Cloud sync - Backblaze
It's not the end of the world if this computer goes down for a few hours, but ideally, it doesn't.
Plugin's utilized - Syncthing
VM - It is also used as a hypervisor using Truenas's KVM to save energy/money and combine into one box. 1 to 4 VM's at any given time, hosting a render farm & licence manager & pipeline tools. VM's always run Rocky Linux 9.
