Dual Boot?

Good afternoon. I have a Core i3 machine with 4 open SATA slots. My idea was to keep one of the SATA drives to use as a Windows 10 boot up. Then, when my son is not using the computer, I could use a 2nd ssd that would have the FreeNas OS on it along with two extra Seagate Iron Wolf NAS drives attached? Any thoughts? thanks
