Does this SuperMicro motherboard really supports x16 PCI-E?

This may not be the right forum to ask this, but I was looking into the specs for the X10SRL-F SuperMicro mobo and I noticed that it supports PCI-E 3.0 X8 (IN X16), does this means that I could connect a graphics card of x16 requirements on this board?

So bandwidth of x8, will take cards of x16 connector size
