does not ping the virtual machine

I have created a virtual machine that has a NAT interface in VirtualBox and I have the problem that I cannot ping that virtual machine, with which I have created some firewall rules but they do not work for me, what I would like Getting there is that from another computer on the network I could access the ip of the virtual machine since it has the nginx service configured but I cannot access that ip on my local network.
