Does a Scale config download include apps and their configuration?

So, if I move to another Scale machine (new) download the config and upload the config to the new machine, will the apps be there along with their configuration (not asking about data obviously that needs moved)? Or, is the config download everything else in the UI but not the apps?

Ok, thanks! I keep seeing people say they installed on new machine, uploaded their config download, and all was back. Perhaps it's because they also moved their application pool then. Or, all doesn't mean all. As I've never needed to do this myself, wasn't really sure.

I voted for your ticket long ago btw. It's a good idea.

If you transfer the ix-applications and any other nessesary details (either via hardware or via snapshot replication) than the apps should appear (maybe - I haven't tried it)

Yeah, me either. Was curious as to someone who may have done this or experienced moving machines, what the backup config file actually brought over. I'm covered under any scenario, it's more for my curiosity and future use.
