Disk Replacement - Such a Breeze!

So after 5 years of power on time it was time to replace a failing drive. It was so much easier than the last time I did it, and it was quick. Now all I need to do is wait 12+ hours to resilver. Oh, and I did refer to the User Guide before doing anything. Just sayin'
