Directories with question mark

Hello, I have the next problem. My NAS let me access using HTTP and I can see and enter on all directories. But If I enter by NFS I see 2 directories in red with a "?" at first. For example ?House and ?Cars
For Windows clients they do not see those 2 folders and I cannot access to it to restore the link on the main server.
Any idea of how to fix this? Thanks in Advance

it is a iomega NAS, ppl using windows connect to a Red Hat Linux that shared a folder linked to the NAS.

This forum is for FreeNAS. iomega (now Lenovo IIRC) has their own support forums for their products.
