Device /dev/gptid/3582f5df-9997-11ec-94a1-3cecef623c38 is causing slow I/O on pool Main

I'm sure this is discussed but I can't find a thread that helps me. I started getting emails with these message:

Device /dev/gptid/3582f5df-9997-11ec-94a1-3cecef623c38 is causing slow I/O on pool Main

and then sometimes I get an email that says that it has been cleared. I am guessing that /dev/gptid/3582f5df-9997-11ec-94a1-3cecef623c38 specifies a specific disk but I can't find where / how to map it to a physical disk and even if I did, I'm not sure what I would do about it.

SOLVED - disk identification

This might sound funny, but if you have 5 disks in a raid, how do you identify the faulty drive (physically) in your NAS box?
