my DELL R420 boot FreeNAS for USB, Tip no boot device.

There have been a F1 FreeBSD, described already started from usb, but still can not find the boot device prompts.

I believe the user is seeing a problem similar to mine, which is that FreeNAS would all the sudden not boot from an USB stick attached to a Dell R420.

I understand that this might be more a FreeBSD issue but still quite strange (ie the boot stick will boot all type of other computers from notebooks to HP server but not a Dell R420).
