Dell HBA330 mini Root mount waiting for: CAM

Hi,
I have a very wired issue Root mount waiting for CAM. I have two Dell R530 Server with Dell HBA330 IT Firmware Version 16.17.01.00.
Server one works excellent. Server two continues to give me a Root mount waiting for: CAM error.
I have compared both Dell HBA 330 cards. There are both on IT Firmware Version 16.17.01.00.
I have tried reflashing the second Dell HBA 330 firmware.
Recreate a new TrueNAS installation media,
Removed all unnecessary USB hubs,

I also tried to replace the second Dell HBA330 mini with Dell 330 mini card in mode. It works. It just doesn't work with this Dell HBA330 card.

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Cards can and do go bad. SMD resistors get knocked off, or they overheat and cook. Given that you seem to have tried all the obvious stuff, you either have to dive deeper and look at all the details, or just scrap it and write it off. If it were an older 6Gbps card, I wouldn't even blink at the prospect of discarding it, but a 3008 is a better quality card. Not sure what to suggest.

it is a SAS3008. Thanks. I am going to switch the card tomorrow to see if the second card works on the first server.
