Dell H710P mini hardware revision

I have recently acquired a Dell Poweredge R620 and I want to flash the RAID controller to put it into IT mode, however, I can't for the life of me find the hardware revision information. I'm of the understanding that how I proceed will depend on the revision. Where on these cards is the revision information? I've removed the card and looked for about 30 minutes trying to find that information and I get pretty much zero helpful information when I try to Google it. Can anyone guide me to where this information is?

I'd recommend you follow the guide from "fohdeesha" - the guide includes a pair of downloadable ISOs, one of which has a handy summary batch file that will provide the revision info.

Make sure you follow the preparation steps including BIOS adjustments and removing the battery from your PERC.
