Dell H200 controller bricked during reflashing

Hi all!
I was trying to reflash a Dell H200 controller with this guide https://techmattr.wordpress.com/201...-flashing-to-it-mode-dell-perc-h200-and-h310/ and at the point "UEFI Motherboards" I mistakenly rebooted after the command "sas2flash.efi -o -f 6GBPSAS.FW" and not after "sas2flash_p19.efi -o -sasadd 500xxxxxxxxxxxxx".

Now if I try to execute the next step I get this error:

I tried to input the 2118it.bin file name, and I got this error:

And when I try to ist the controllers I get the following error:

Did I brick my H200? Is there a way to give it alive again?

Did you skip the steps with the megarec (cleanflash) command?
