SOLVED Dell H200 compatibility

I'm looking into buying this Dell H200 in IT Mode to add SATA ports to my Truenas system:

But I'm a Truenas noob, so I would like to ask if this HBA is a good one to use, and if it will work on any system no only on Dell computers.

Ok, the card is here. Card installed, HDDs connected...

And now the problem is that none of the HDDs connected to it show up in TrueNAS 13.
