Very grateful for any help received. I am running FreeNAS-9.3-STABLE-20150415220 on a separate 16Gb internal flash. I have configured two 3Tb data drives mirrored. As a complete noob, I have been learning the hard way (i.e. very slowly) and have made many mistakes. Originally I created a 'ZigNAS' volume, but eventually, due to my various mistakes I tried to delete that and create another volume called 'Zig_NAS' (so as to be sure I was distinguishing it from the original or possible the system told me it was already created, I'm not sure). Right now what I want to do is to wipe those hard drives of any pools/volumes etc and start again. This is because I think that because the mirror is showing as 2.6 Tb instead of 3 - which it used to do - that there is the original pool there that I just can't see. When I use the 'mount' command I get:
root@freenas ~]# mount

So, if someone can give me a complete process for clearing the drives I would greatly appreciate that. Have thought of removing the drives and using GParted in my windows machine to reformat them, but obviously want to avoid this and think there must be a simpler way?
