Hi,
I have a FreeNAS/ESXi AIO, and only a single Active Directory domain controller.
This DC is virtualised, and stored on the FreeNAS VMs passed through storage.
As I used AD auth for my SMB shares, because the DC isn't available until FreeNAS is booted, when FreeNAS tries to bind to AD during startup, it fails.
I am hoping their is either a way to delay the initial bind attempt by a couple of minutes, or there is some way to re-bind via an SSH command that I can add to a startup script.
Any advice greatly appreciated.
