All of your drives appear to be young enough that they should still be in warranty. Did you replace the one that is having these data errors yet?

The SMART status results you shared show data errors on several drives, but none recently, so my course of action would be to replace the drive that relates back to
It is unusual to see data errors show up in a scrub and not be able to put a finger on an error in the SMART status, but WD and HGST drives don't give very good data on drive health. I have seen all together too many of those drives fail catastrophically with no warning. I don't trust them and use Seagate unless I have no option.

I received my replacement drive last night and I began to resilver. I am replacing

It is in the process of replacing the failed drive and estimating five hours to complete the process.
PS. The bit about
GEOM_MIRROR is about the swap space that was allocated on the storage drive. After your finished resilvering the storage pool, the middleware may be smart enough to fix that for you. If it doesn't, it is fine because you have swap space on all the other storage disks.
