Dataset owner changed to libvirt-qemu how to revert?

Hi,

i just notized that for one of my pools the "main" dataset it changed to Read Only.
I tried to set it back to read only "off" but for some reason its not performing the change, it's always set back to "on" when i click edit again.
i also notized that the owner for this pool/Dataset is libvirt-qemu unlike root on others

I've tried to google how to fix the problem but as you might guess I'm not a very experienced user so I don't really know what exactly to look for and unfortunately haven't had much luck.
How can I regain control of the dataset to make it writable again?
