Daily run report configuration change

I made a change to one of my FreeNAS 8.2 p1 boxes that does not show up in the nightly status report. The server used to have a 3Ware controller that died. It was an old RAID card that didn't perform particularly well so I moved the drives to the on-board SATA connections and configured a software RAID 5 in FreeNAS. I restored the data and everything works but the nightly report does not give me a RAID status report and drive status information.

After making the configuration change, the current report still has the, "Checking status of 3ware RAID controllers." entry but with nothing following that header.

Does FreeNAS have the ability to give a similar drive and RAID status report for software RAID configurations? If so, how can I fix that nightly report?
