There's pretty much an identical recent thread here: https://forums.freenas.org/index.php?threads/understanding-a-disk-failure.30797/ please search a bit before asking the next time.

However your drive has only one pending sector. If it stays that way, no big deal. But if the value start to rise then you'll need to replace the drive. You might want to have a replacement drive on the shelf ASAP just in case ;)

Thanks Bidule0hm. Is the additional error is also related to the unreadable sector, i.e. the Self-Test error due to this bad sector?
Thanks

A single pending sector isn't too worrisome, but you'll want to keep an eye on it. Revisit your SMART test schedule, though--it doesn't look like you're running long tests at all, and you had short tests running every hour until a week or so ago. I run short tests daily, and long tests weekly--that may be a bit more often than necessary, but you should have a long test at least every couple of weeks. See http://doc.freenas.org/9.3/freenas_tasks.html#s-m-a-r-t-tests

Thank you Bidule0hm and danb35. I am looking for a replacement drive. I bought this drive 6 months ago, I think I will be able to RMA ?
danb35, Here is my SMART test schedule. Does it look okay?
upload_2015-5-16_13-32-21.png

and here is scrub. Is this also okay?

If the drive is only 6 months old, you shouldn't have a problem RMAing it. It is failing SMART self-tests, so that should be enough of a failure to give warranty coverage. Your SMART schedule looks reasonable, as long as it's set to run on all drives. Scrub looks fine too.

Don't do the long tests and the scrubs at the same time. You could do one every week, alternating between long test and scrub.
