Create RaidZ from three drives

Hello,
I am in the process of building my first FreeNAS box. I installed three 3tb drives to create a raidz system. I added each drive under "Volume Managger"

Now, how can I combine them to create the raidz arrangement? I can not see this option on my screen. I have installed the latest version, 8.3.1.

I moved your thread because it is in no way a How-To, but a support question.

Since you 'added' each drive under Volume Manager, you now have 3 separate drives....if you want them to be in a RAIDZ, you delete what you have already done and configure the RAIDZ using the 3 drives.

thanks for the reply. you are right. I did not realize that you can highlight each drive with the shift key and then create the raidz format.

I was looking for the check box to select each drive. I believe it was this way, before the recent updates.
