Crashplan - Can't find .ui_info on FreeNAS

Running 9.3 on a new server, trying to install crashplan following the Code42 instructions: http://support.code42.com/CrashPlan..._On_A_Headless_Computer#Locations_Of_.ui_info

However when I SSH into my freenas and jexec into the crashplan jail, and navigate to /var/lib/crashplan/.ui_info there is no .ui_info file - it's an empty directory with just a .identity listing....

Any ideas what I am doing wrong? Service is active and running...

What version of crashplan do you actually have installed? You might have to manually create the file.

On my FreeNas? 3.6.3_1

That file doesn't get created until it has upgraded to a newer version. I'm not sure how the upgrade happens but I know it's automatic and usually works itself out. There is a huge thread here about upgrading crashplan, find that and read it.
