Hi, fresh/clean install FreeNAS 11 working OK.
URBackup in a Jail.
Docker running a couple of containers inside an Ubuntu server VM

Now, I've been happy running Crashplan home/family, bouncing backups around internally and to cloud. I am aware of the different options for CP going forward but think I'll go for CP on the FreeNAS box at least until the dust settles.

Q: Would you Install CP home as a plugin, docker (Do these still work now and after the next few months?) or spin up another VM and run this with a full CP version. And if so which desktop VM would you use (Ubuntu Desktop seems fairly "chunky")

Thanks

Not treating it as an answer, but just started container - freenas/crashplan on the Ubuntu/Docker VM and it installed, showed a file directory listing including a vnc page link, clicked it and the Corral CP VNC page came up.

I can't see a problem but can anyone with more knowledge than me give any reassurance...

I have crashplan running in an Ubuntu Server VM, FWIW. I'd expect Docker under your Linux flavor of choice would be fine as well.
