CPU Throttle emails

Hi,

Since last night I've been receiving emails with the below content from my FreeNAS build at work

* Processor #0x01 Asserted Throttled ().
* Processor #0x01 Deasserted Throttled ().
* Processor #0x01 Asserted Throttled ().
* Processor #0x01 Deasserted Throttled ().

Are these CPU based throttle notifications?
If so, is there a way to tell what is going on which is generating these?

Also our AC was bad-ish, it was getting warm in there....... lol
